A leading Pharma company wanted to undertsand how their product was being used and therefore also where it was positioned in guidelines across the devolved nations of the UK.
Goals
The medical affairs team had three primary objectives:
- Identify unmet needs in the treatment of a specific anticoagulant within a UK patient population
- Identify positioning of the product in guidelines across different CCGs
- Understand HCP and patient education needs in this area
Solution
MedicalGoGo was commisioned to address these objectives through a systematic search of every protocol across every hospital trust in the UK. Our in-house medical experts analysed all the data to look for similarities and differences across the protocols identified.
