4. ON WHAT GROUND: On what basis MedicalGoGo processes your personal data

7.HOW SECURE: What MedicalGoGo does to protect your personal data

We have implemented a variety of technological and organisational procedures and measures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of your personal data from unauthorised access, use and disclosure. Security

Information you submit to MedicalGoGo, is encrypted using the Transport Layer Security (“TLS”) encryption standard. Please be aware that the MedicalGoGo ‘Analytica’ services uses algorithms to generate Expert professional profiles and to calculate Experts’ relevance based upon search terms input into the MedicalGoGo ‘Analytica’ services by MedicalGoGo’s Pharmaceutical company customers.

2. DOES MedicalGoGo COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE?

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is under the age of 16.

3. WHAT DOES MedicalGoGo DO WITH THE INFORMATION IT COLLECTS?

We use the information collected to provide the MedicalGoGo ‘Analytica’ services to our Pharmaceutical company customers, which includes generating professional profiles of Experts that are searchable by our Pharmaceutical company customers. If you identify yourself to us, including by sending us an e-mail with questions or comments, we may use your information (including personally identifiable information) to respond to your questions or comments, and we may file your questions or comments (with your information) for future reference.

4.WITH WHOM MIGHT YOUR PERSONAL DATA BE SHARED?

We generally disclose information we gather from you in connection with the MedicalGoGo ‘Analytica’ services to the following types of third parties and as otherwise set forth in this Data Protection Privacy policy or as specifically authorized by you.

MedicalGoGo Pharmaceutical company customers.

We may share your information (including personally identifiable information) with MedicalGoGo’s Pharmaceutical company customers and their users, who may be located throughout the world, through their use of the MedicalGoGo ‘Analytica’ services. MedicalGoGo’s Pharmaceutical company customers include those in the pharma and life science industries. Once any MedicalGoGo Pharmaceutical company customer has accessed information through the MedicalGoGo ‘Analytica’ services, such Pharmaceutical company customer shall be responsible for any obligations under applicable law arising out of such Pharmaceutical company customer’s usage, sharing, or other processing of such information, including any notice or consent obligations under applicable law; this Data Protection Privacy policy does not apply to any such usage, sharing, or other processing by any MedicalGoGo Pharmaceutical company customer or its users.

Laws and Legal Rights.

We may disclose your information (including personally identifiable information) if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so in order to comply with an applicable statute, regulation, rule or law, a subpoena, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, or other valid legal process.
